This last phase is the hardest usually, because every
triumphant roar that sounds due to the completion of the
exams, I am reminded rather harshly that I'm still suffering!

The closest thing to STOMP.

Caught them live in Singapore & they were PHENOMENAL.
Their coordination, rhythm & manipulation of sound to tell a
short story are unrivalled. There are plently of un-original
STOMP rip-offs circling the globe, the latest wave of which
has seen groups like Singapore's very own Wicked'Aura.

Whatever, really. Having liked STOMP from the very first time
I heard/saw them, I'm deifinitely more biased towards them.
STOMP is THE original. Their creativity alone sets them apart.

For example; in one scene (one of my favourite) during the
performance, four of the members strapped aluminium kitchen
sinks on their necks & played with water, teacups, pots & ladles.
They then emptied the sinks by removing stoppers that were
positioned really strategically so it looked like they were pissing
into the pails placed directly beneath.

Cool stuff huh.

Two thumbs up. Definitely a 5/5 rating without hesitation. (:
